Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

The Service is for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian, who must agree to them on your behalf, including before making any purchase.

2. Licence to play

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, access and play the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us and our licensors.

3. Player ID and nickname

You do not need an account. The game identifies you with an anonymous player ID and an automatically generated nickname, which you may change. You are responsible for your device and anything done through your player ID. If you delete your data or lose your device without cloud sync, your progress may not be recoverable.

4. Virtual items

The Service may include virtual items such as coins and boosters. Virtual items are licensed to you, not sold; they have no cash or monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or goods, and cannot be transferred, sold or traded outside the game. We may change, rebalance or discontinue virtual items to maintain the game, and they may be lost if you delete your data.

5. In-app purchases and refunds

The optional “Remove Ads” purchase is sold and processed through Google Play and is subject to Google Play’s terms. Refunds are handled under the Google Play refund policy; you can request a refund through Google Play. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory right you may have as a consumer, including withdrawal rights where applicable. If a purchase does not unlock correctly, contact us and we will help restore it.

6. Advertising

The Service is free and funded by advertising provided by Google (AdMob on Android, AdSense for Games on the web). Some ads may be rewarded (for example, watching an ad for a booster). We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they link to. Ad personalisation choices are described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Daily challenge and leaderboard

Daily challenge scores and your nickname are displayed publicly on the leaderboard. We may reset leaderboards, correct scores, and remove entries that we reasonably believe were obtained by cheating or bugs. Leaderboard placement confers no prize or right unless we expressly announce otherwise.

8. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• cheat, use bots, exploits, modified clients or automation, or manipulate scores or network traffic;
• reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the Service, except where the law expressly permits;
• interfere with our servers, bypass rate limits or security, or scrape data;
• choose a nickname that is offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonates others, infringes rights or contains personal data — we may rename or remove such nicknames without notice;
• use the Service for any unlawful or commercial purpose without our permission.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its code, graphics, levels, sounds and trademarks, is owned by Project Team For You or its licensors and protected by law. You may share screenshots and gameplay videos for non-commercial purposes, provided you do not suggest endorsement by us.

10. Changes, availability and termination

We may update, change or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time, and the Service may be unavailable because of maintenance or events beyond our control. If we permanently shut down the Service, we will try to give reasonable notice in the game. We may suspend or terminate your access, reset progress or remove leaderboard entries if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your data in Settings.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that progress will never be lost.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or virtual items. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. These limits do not apply to liability for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or to any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer protection law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance. However, if you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts where you live if local consumer law allows. Please contact us first — most concerns can be resolved informally.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date and, for material changes, give notice in the game at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes unfavourable to you). If you continue to play after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, you may stop using the Service and delete your data.

If these Terms are translated, the translation is provided for convenience; in case of inconsistency, the English version prevails, except for the Korean version for users in Korea or where local law requires otherwise. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
