How to delete your data
Pixel Pop Flow is developed by Project Team For You. The game has no login; you are identified by an anonymous player ID created on first launch. You can delete that player record and all associated data at any time.
Option 1 — In the game (immediate)
- Open Pixel Pop Flow (Android app or pixelpopflow.pages.dev).
- Tap the Settings (gear) icon.
- Tap Delete my data and confirm.
Your data is erased from our servers immediately and the identifier stored on your device is reset. The game will start fresh as a new player.
Option 2 — By email (within 30 days)
If you no longer have the app installed, email projectteamforyou@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data”. Include your player ID (shown in Settings) or your nickname and the approximate date you last played, so we can locate your record. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Anonymous player ID and hashed device identifier
- Nickname and daily challenge leaderboard entries
- Cloud save (game progress, coins, boosters, settings)
- Gameplay events linked to your player ID
- Crash and diagnostic logs linked to your player ID
What may be kept
- Aggregated statistics that no longer identify you (for example, how many players cleared level 20).
- Records we must keep by law, if any, for the legally required period.
- Your “Remove Ads” purchase record is held by Google Play; purchases can be restored from your Google account after reinstalling.
- Advertising data held by Google is managed separately in your device’s Google settings (Settings → Google → Ads) or at adssettings.google.com.
Uninstalling the app or clearing browser data does not delete data on our servers. Use one of the options above.

Pixel Pop Flow은(는) Project Team For You이(가) 개발·운영합니다. 이 게임은 로그인이 없으며, 최초 실행 시 생성되는 익명 플레이어 ID로 이용자를 구분합니다. 이용자는 언제든지 플레이어 기록과 관련된 모든 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
방법 1 — 게임 내에서 삭제(즉시)
- Pixel Pop Flow을(를) 실행합니다(Android 앱 또는 pixelpopflow.pages.dev).
- 설정(톱니바퀴) 아이콘을 누릅니다.
- 내 데이터 삭제를 누르고 확인합니다.
서버의 데이터가 즉시 삭제되고 기기에 저장된 식별자가 초기화되며, 게임은 새 플레이어로 다시 시작됩니다.
방법 2 — 이메일로 요청(30일 이내 처리)
앱을 이미 삭제했다면 projectteamforyou@gmail.com로 제목 “데이터 삭제 요청”과 함께 플레이어 ID(설정 화면에 표시) 또는 닉네임과 마지막 플레이 시기를 보내 주세요. 확인 후 30일 이내에 삭제를 완료하고 알려드립니다.
삭제되는 데이터
- 익명 플레이어 ID 및 기기 식별자 해시값
- 닉네임 및 일일 챌린지 순위표 기록
- 클라우드 저장 데이터(진행 상황, 코인, 부스터, 설정)
- 플레이어 ID와 연결된 게임 이용 기록
- 플레이어 ID와 연결된 충돌·진단 로그
보관될 수 있는 데이터
- 개인을 식별할 수 없는 통계 데이터(예: 20레벨을 클리어한 플레이어 수)
- 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 기록(해당 시, 법정 기간 동안)
- “광고 제거” 구매 기록은 Google Play가 보관하며, 재설치 후 Google 계정으로 복원할 수 있습니다.
- Google이 보유한 광고 데이터는 기기의 Google 설정(설정 → Google → 광고) 또는 adssettings.google.com에서 별도로 관리합니다.
앱 삭제나 브라우저 데이터 삭제만으로는 서버의 데이터가 삭제되지 않습니다. 위 방법 중 하나를 이용해 주세요.
